Linder house is a 20-person cooperative located right in the middle of Kerrytown. Linder is known for its overall cleanliness, creative & engaging social events, cozy & cute common spaces, great dinners, and chickens (4 of them!!). Other than the chickens, Linder allows personal pets, but only with an 80% house approval vote. It also has a very high proportion of singles! Amenities include a piano, sewing machine, two living rooms and a den with a TV, and a really nice porch! In the front of the house, we have a little garden that is often used to grow herbs, tomatoes, and Linder's signature sunflowers.

Good internet, gender-neutral bathrooms, free laundry, piano, TV, LOTS of couches, and all kinds of specialized cooking tools.
